About Me

I am Milan Jain, a Computer Science Ph.D. Scholar working under the supervision of Dr. Amarjeet Singh and Dr. Vikas Chandan in Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing Group of Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-D). I work on analyzing multimodal sensory information to first generate insights, and later use those insights to develop machine learning algorithms for real-world applications.

Recently, I was an Alternate Sponsored Fellow in the Optimization and Control Group at PNNL on IUSSTF BHAVAN Fellowship – an initiative by the Governments of India and United States of America. In the past, I have worked with some of the top research labs across the world – MIT Media Lab, University of Waterloo, and IBM Research Lab.
